Customer Requirement:

• Manipulator that replaces the manual loading/unloading completes the dedicated curve bend of the aluminum pipe on the bending machine.
• Two kinds of direct pipes and three kinds of irregular pipes are compatible; it is necessary to distinguish from the direction when loading due to the workpiece owns the turn-around asymmetry.
• Check whether the workpiece is qualified or not on the corresponding checking fixture after the previous workpiece is bent.

Troubleshooting:

• One RB15L transportation robot matches with the 3-D storage warehouse, hang unloading warehouse and visual secondary positioning, which is separately performed the loading/unloading for two bending machine. 
• Two bending machines can be processed with parallel or serial based upon different specifications.

Application Effect:

• Robot can be replaced the manual to consecutively operate and it will be recovered the cost within two years.
• That the High ambient temperature, heavy dust and high noise in the workshop is unhealthy to the human, so it is hard to employ the workers; the robot is solved this problem therefore.
