Customer Requirement:

• It suitable for the workpiece production of inner vacuum container with multiple specifications: the maximum weight is approximate 1.5kg.
• The robot holds the inner container into the vacuum roll welding equipment from conveyer belt, simultaneously, take the inner container performed by roll welding into the device of automatic laser marking and then complete it. 
• Productive beat: 16-second/piece.

Troubleshooting:

• One table of RMD08 transportation robot can be completed the automatic roll-welding of the inner vacuum container and marking production by equipping with the inner container conveyer line, 2 tables of roll-welding and one table laser marking machine.
• One table of robot can be replaced two operators by using the layout methods, for example: one table of robot for two roll-welding, loading conveyer liner and laser marking unloading; it can be reduced the production cost and improved the productive efficiency.

Application Effect:

• The robot replaces the manual that can be consecutively operated for 24 hours and stably complete the working tasks. 
• It suitable for the productive beat of assembly line, and the productive line is 13-second/piece for using the layout method: one to 2 roll-welding machines; it saves the production cost and improves the efficiency.
