Application of GSK RMD08 Robot on Punching of Vehicle Air-Conditioner Components from Huadu Company
Customer Requirement:
- To guarantee the punching beat of 10 seconds.
- Changing the different molds can be compatible with the following product’s specification: Length 300~800mm, Width 30~90mm and Thickness 1.4~1.8mm.
- It is convenient to change the product, and its change time is less than 30 minutes.
Troubleshooting:
- Using 5 tables of RMD08 robot to compatible with the required products by the vacuum absorption and capture method; feeding the raw-material by using the automatic feeder; performing the ordering revolving by rotating the workpiece.
- Detect the positioning and the signal by using the sensor, and protect the equipment and production safety of the integrated line.
